For the year 2019/2020 the OCM Wine Investments call has been made available to wineries a few weeks in advance of the usual opening in December. If you are not familiar with this call, here below we explain what it is about.
WHAT DOES THE CALL FINANCE?
The OCM Wine Investments is one of the most important calls for proposals issued to promote the wine sector, as it helps the growth of wineries by granting a contribution that covers part of the costs incurred for business investments.
At a general level, the measure grants support for works of a building nature and the purchase of real estate, the purchase of equipment and installations, the purchase of computer equipment and related programmes and platforms for company sales points and extra-company sales points, including tasting rooms and material investments for the display and sale of wine products.
WHAT KIND OF CONTRIBUTION GIVES THE CALL OCM WINE INVESTMENTS
This is a non-repayable grant covering 40% of the costs incurred for business investments.
REGIONAL DEADLINES AND DECREES
The decree published by AGEA gives the national guidelines, but subsequently each region has the right to make changes based on internal characteristics. Therefore, in the final analysis, the wineryes must refer exclusively to the decree of the region in which the activity is located.
In order to facilitate consultation, here is a list of the regions with their decrees and deadlines for sending the application (list continuously updated):

- Puglia – decree link: November 15th 2019;
- Piedmont – decree link: November 15th 2019;

- Autonomous Province of Trento – decree link: November 15th 2019;
- Campania – decree link: November 15th 2019;
- Umbria – decree link: November 15th 2019;
- Lombardy – decree link: November 15th 2019;
- Veneto – decree link: November 15th 2019.
The decrees of Lazio, Sicily, Emilia-Romagna, Calabria, Basilicata and Valle d’Aosta are pending. The deadlines are however scheduled for November 15, 2019.
