On 4 April 2019 the MIPAAF published the decree 3893 about the operating procedures (that you can read here) of the next call OCM Wine Promotion 2019/2020, which is expected to open within a few weeks.

The call OCM Wine Promotion on Third Countries Markets is an European regulation that grants 50% of the total expenses related to the promotion of wine products in non-EU countries, such as participation in fairs, incoming or PR activities.

The primary objective of the OCM Promotion call is to increase the international competitiveness of Italian wine producers, but also to achieve a balance between supply and demand, with the possibility of adapting production to a market that always demands higher quality.

There are three types of projects that can be presented:

National: the promotion focuses on national wine products;

Regional: with interest in the products of a single Italian region;

Multiregional: projects created by the union of cellars of different regions.

For many years LC International has been developing projects for OCM Wine Promotion on Third Countries Markets, advising companies on the best strategies based on their business needs and capabilities. On our “Projects” page you can consult the ones developed for the last campaigns.
